Discreet Shipping

For your privacy, our packaging in no way reveals the nature of its contents. You won't see our store name on the return address for further discreet delivery. We ship using either a plain white envelope, a standard issue USPS Priority Mail box, or a plain brown UPS Box.

Order Processing (Please read carefully)

Normal order processing time is 1-2 business days for UPS ground or USPS Priority. We process overnight and 2nd day air order before all other orders. See notes below:

• If you order ground shipping on Friday, your order could be processed as late as the next Tuesday.
• If you order overnight or 2nd day air on Friday, Saturday, Or Sunday, they all will be processed and shipped on Monday before all other ground orders are processed.
• If your order is still not shipped after 4 business days, it is not because we forgot about you but something surely has gone astray so please contact us ASAP and we will investigate immediately.

Domestic Shipping

• We offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day, UPS Overnight delivery for all non P.O.Box and APO addresses.
• All P.O.Box and APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Delivery
• UPS does not ship on weekends, therefore, all orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

International Shipping

• Due to customs clearance, International orders may take up to 1-2 weeks for arrival depending on country.
• All items sold here are legal in the US; however, certain countries have restrictions as to the use and or sale of herbal. International buyers are encouraged to check their local laws before ordering. We are not liable for any items that are seized, lost or confiscated by any foreign government.
• We are not liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes imposed outside the US.
• For international shipping, prices may be higher than those shown to you when placing an order. If there is a difference in shipping cost we will notify you prior to shipping; then you can cancel your order, choose a different shipping address or continue with your order. If you choose to continue with your order, we will add the new shipping cost to the total of your order.
• Please note we do not ship to the following countries; Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Burma, Australia, Norway, New Zealand, Sweden .

• You will be supplied a tracking # once your order has shipped.
• You can also login to your account if you are a customer to see your order status

UPS vs. USPS

• UPS's tracking system has realtime updates for every stop
• UPS is generally faster and more reliable than USPS

• USPS is the only shipping option for P.O.Box and APO, FPO orders.
• USPS Priority does not provide real-time tracking. The claim # is updated on USPS site daily or every other day. However, sometimes there are no updates at all.
• USPS priority delivery is sometimes slower and sometimes faster than UPS, but it is not guaranteed.
• USPS is cheaper
• The choice is yours
